About Jeremey & Amy Houlton

Amy has been an active member of her real estate community for over 30 years now and is excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate with eXp Realty. As a proud member of eXp, Amy carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. She takes after her father, who was an active Northern Colorado real estate developer and REALTOR® while she was growing up.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Amy got her degree from CSU in International Studies with a Minor in Japanese. After college, she and her family moved to several different states to further schooling and career opportunities, which included managing multi-family properties. More recently, while living in San Diego, she obtained her CA real estate license and worked on the acquisitions and management of her own family’s investment properties (25 units in all). She and her husband, Jeremey, transitioned their family back to Fort Collins in 2020, where Amy now utilizes her local expertise to serve her clients’ home-buying and selling needs.

When she isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her friendly boxer pup, HIIT Training at the gym, meeting up with other investors at local breweries, and pretty much anything that involves good food and adventures with her husband and three daughters.
